Maguires have undertaken a considerable number of recruitment and HR projects for Babcock Rail (and First Engineering prior to the rebranding). With the support of our media partners Feather Brooksbank, we worked closely with the HR Team to develop innovative multi media campaigns to attract the best candidates for key vacancies and the company's graduate training programme. The highly successful ‘frog' campaign ran in outdoor media in Manchester emphasising the career progression opportunities with the company, while the personal approach to depicting the real lives of graduates working with the company, set it's graduate training programme apart from the competition.
